Worn Wear Lead — Circular Apparel (Europe)

Join Patagonia's European team in Amsterdam (hybrid) to lead Worn Wear — Patagonia's take-back, repair and resale programme. You will scale Worn Wear across European markets, working with retail, repair centres and second-hand channels to extend the life of Patagonia products. Responsibilities: - Manage and scale Worn Wear operations across European markets - Coordinate repair centres, retail take-back and resale channels - Track and report on circular apparel KPIs - Engage with customers on repair and circular product stories Requirements: - 3+ years in circular fashion, repair operations or take-back programmes - Strong understanding of reverse logistics and circular apparel business models - Fluent English; other European languages a plus
