Fraunhofer UMSICHT in Oberhausen, Germany (hybrid) is offering thesis projects in biotechnology / process engineering in the Circular Economy area. You will work alongside researchers on topics including fermentation processes, bioplastics, organic waste valorisation and resource-efficient bioprocesses. Responsibilities: - Conduct experimental work in biotechnology / process engineering - Develop and optimise bioprocesses for circular economy applications - Document and present findings in a thesis and to the research team Requirements: - Enrolled in a biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, chemical engineering or related degree - Practical laboratory experience - Fluent German and English
