Sustainability Manager (Duurzaamheidsmanager)

Join JACOPS NV in Deerlijk, Belgium (hybrid) as Sustainability Manager to drive the company's circular construction and demolition waste recovery strategy. You will lead sustainability and circular economy initiatives across JACOPS' demolition, remediation and material recovery operations, working closely with operations, regulatory affairs and commercial teams. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement circular economy strategy across operations - Ensure compliance with EU and Flemish waste / circular economy regulation - Report on sustainability KPIs to senior management - Engage with regulators, industry associations and customers Requirements: - 3+ years in sustainability management, ideally in construction, waste or materials - Knowledge of EU and Belgian/Flemish waste and circular economy regulation - Strong stakeholder engagement skills - Fluent Dutch, French and English

Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering or related. 3+ years of relevant experience.
