You will be responsible for HSE compliance, including circular economy and resource efficiency initiatives at the site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HSE compliance for the site
- Drive circular economy and waste reduction initiatives
- Lead incident investigations and reporting
- Train and supervise site teams on HSE matters
Requirements:
- 3+ years in HSE management in industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 / 45001
- Strong German and English
- HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, Sicherheitsfachkraft)
